Located in the heart of Forres, this redesign transforms the ageing Orchard Road Studios into a vibrant creative hub for local artists. The proposal retains much of the original structure while introducing new timber-framed extensions and open, light-filled spaces for making, exhibiting, and gathering. Blending preservation and renewal, the project creates a welcoming place where art, community, and sustainability come together.
